The program organizes the DICOM files of the selected folder in a list of studies and series and allows the user to select and open a study or a series.
The Browse for Folder dialog box provides controls for locating the folder.
The Open Folder dialog box
The Open Folder dialog box allows the user to select and open a study or series.
Mode control
This control lets the user to select between the study and series mode. In the study mode the user can view, select and open studies and in the series mode the user can view, select and open series.
Open button
This button is enabled when the user has selected a study or series in the list control.
Press the button "Open" to open the selected study or series. This button does not close the dialog box, thus the user can select and open additional studies or series.
Preview button
This button is enabled when the user has selected a series in the list control. It is disabled in the study mode.
Press this button to preview the files and their header of the selected series.
Copy to folder button
This button is enabled when the user has selected a study or series in the list control.
Press this button to copy the files of the selected study or series in another folder.
Create DICOMDIR button
Press this button to create a DICOMDIR in the selected folder.
Done button
This button closes the dialog box.
The Preview Series dialog box
The Preview Series dialog box lets the user to preview the files of the series, both images and headers.
Ust the "Frame" selection controls to select another file of the series for previewing.
